When your credit balance reaches zero, guests can no longer generate new images or videos.
What guests will see
Guests will see that generation is unavailable until more credits are added.
Will my event stop working?
No. Your event remains active, but image and video generation is paused until credits are topped up.
How do I add more credits?
You can top up credits instantly from your dashboard. Credits are added immediately and generation resumes right away.
Are completed images lost?
No. Any images or videos that were already generated remain saved. Only new generations are blocked when credits run out.

For live events, it’s recommended to keep extra credits available and monitor usage during peak times.
