How fast can we be live?
In days. A custom design takes about a week to build, and we have run activations on two-week turnarounds. If your show is close, talk to us today.
Our stand is tiny. Does it still work?
Yes. It needs only guests' own phones or one iPad, so it fits even a 1 to 2 m pavilion stand.
What do we need at the stand?
Nothing, if guests use their own phones. For a booth iPad, a big screen or prints, we tell you exactly what to bring and recommend stands and screens, plus a backup mobile connection for busy halls. We recommend a full-size iPad on a floor stand.
Who brings the printer?
You do, or your stand builder does. Magipic AI connects to standard event printers and prints automatically. If a printer stops, guests still get their souvenir by email.
Do we need extra staff?
No extra staff. One friendly person inviting people in makes the biggest difference.
Do we still need the badge scanner?
Keep it if your show includes it. Magipic AI adds what a badge scan can't: who they are, what they need, and a souvenir that keeps your brand on their phone.
How do we get our leads?
Live on your dashboard during the show, and as a spreadsheet split by your questions at the end. Using a CRM? Tell us which one and we'll help you get them there.
Can we get an alert when a key prospect visits?
Yes, with real-time hot lead alerts, an add-on for any activation. Set a hot list of job titles, companies or names. When a match leaves their details, your team gets a push alert on any phone, tablet or laptop, while they're still at your stand.
What about multi-day shows?
One activation covers the whole show, and the live dashboard shows each day's numbers as they happen.
Will it pass our legal and security review?
Selfies aren't kept. Only the finished souvenir is stored, and it's deleted 30 days after your event. Nothing is ever used to train AI. Consent wording, privacy notice, terms and lead form are customised for your event.
