What’s the difference between plan credits and top-up credits?

Magipic AI uses two types of credits: plan credits and top-up credits. They work differently and are designed for different situations.
Plan credits
Plan credits:
• Are included in your subscription
• Reset each billing cycle
• Are best for predictable, ongoing usage
If plan credits are not used during the cycle, they reset when the plan renews.
Top-up credits
Top-up credits:
• Are purchased separately
• Do not reset
• Remain available until used
Top-ups are ideal for:
• Busy periods
• One-off large events
• Unexpected spikes in usage
Which credits are used first?
Plan credits are used first.
Once plan credits run out, top-up credits are automatically used.
Can I use Magipic AI without a plan?
Some features require an active plan. Top-ups are designed to supplement a plan, not replace it.
