Refund Eligibility:

Subscription Plans: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team at [hello@magipic.ai].

Custom Filters: Due to the nature of custom filter creation, these purchases are non-refundable once the design process has started. If you encounter any issues or the filter doesn’t meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to resolve the matter.
How to Request a Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Items:

Custom filters once the design process has begun.

Magipic.ai Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Magipic.ai subscription at any time, but we recommend doing so before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.

How to Cancel:

Log in to your Magipic.ai account.

Navigate to the Subscription Settings page.

Follow the instructions to cancel your plan.

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

Important Information:

Cancelling a subscription means you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free plan (if applicable).

Custom filter requests that are already in progress will not be eligible for refunds or cancellation.
